1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the 29ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 29ph platform.

To be eligible to register and use the 29ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 29ph account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress or compulsion.

29ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 29ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 29ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 29ph is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 29ph support immediately. 29ph will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to receiving such notification.

• Accounts must be registered using a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Account names must match the name on your government-issued identification.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 29ph account.
• 29ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 29ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 29ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 29ph wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 29ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 29ph account. 29ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 29ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification checks.
• Funds deposited through a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player.

29ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

29ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• 29ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of manipulation — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

The full terms applicable to each individual promotion are published alongside the promotion on the 29ph platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 29ph platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 29ph, its staff, or any player.

Each game on 29ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 29ph is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 29ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 29ph's reasonable control.

• Any loss or damage arising from game malfunctions where the affected round has been voided and wagers returned.

29ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 29ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

29ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

29ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 29ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where such balance is reasonably believed to have been obtained through prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 29ph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms
